5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive SMS/text messages from Runbook related to the Service, including appointment reminders, service notifications, and account alerts.
• Message frequency varies based on your usage and service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• For help, reply HELP or contact support@onrunbook.com.
• SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, media, or content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process it solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not use Your Content for any purpose unrelated to the Service without your consent.
